Can I order Arnolds products for home delivery?
Yes, you can! Arnolds cafés partner with Wolt and Foodora (selected locations), allowing you to order our products for delivery.
GIFT CARDS
Does Arnolds offer digital gift cards?
Currently, our gift cards are only available in Arnolds cafés. You can purchase them at any Arnolds location in Finland. However, we are developing a solution for a digital gift card and plan to offer this option in the future.

How do you address food waste at Arnolds?
Food waste is a challenge for the entire food industry, and we are very aware of this. Food waste is unsustainable both for the environment and for business. For this reason, we systematically work on reducing waste. Through product assortment planning, we aim to create as little waste as possible. However, because we want to offer our customers the best, high-quality, and fresh products every day, we always consider what is wise and sustainable overall.
When there is possible waste, we have several solutions to address it. When possible, we donate surplus products to various charities. We also collaborate with the food waste app ResQ, allowing our customers to purchase items at risk of becoming waste. We are currently also developing digital solutions for cafés to support waste management.
Our work is not finished, and we continue to develop new ways to improve our operations. Our goal, of course, is to eliminate waste altogether.
Do you use disposable dishes and packaging in your cafés?
We are committed to reducing the use of disposable packaging. In our cafés, we now only use ceramic dishes instead of disposable ones. This has significantly reduced the use of disposable packaging across our chain. Disposable packaging is only used for takeout items. As quality is essential to us, we carefully package items that are taken away or delivered. The packaging we use is fully recyclable and primarily made from cardboard. When plastic is necessary, we strive to use recycled plastic whenever possible. We continuously work to develop our packaging solutions and seek new ways to reduce disposable packaging.
Did you know that reusable mugs are also available in our cafés? We offer a 20-cent discount on hot drinks purchased in an Arnolds reusable mug.
Is your coffee responsibly sourced?
Arnolds cafés serve nature-positive, responsibly produced coffee from our partner Slow Forest Coffee, with a fully traceable origin. Our coffee comes directly from 14 farming families in the village of Nonsoung in Laos, where coffee is grown using natural methods passed down through generations. We donate 80 cents from every coffee kilogramme purchased to development projects in the village.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
Our menu includes both sweet and savory gluten-free options. However, please note that there is always a risk for cross-contamination, as gluten-containing products are handled in the same facilities.
Do you offer vegan options?
Arnolds offers vegan donut options. On the savory side, you’ll find choices in our Classic Bagel range and salads.
