The Arnolds customer app and the Inner Circle loyalty programme will close on 31 July 2026<\/h2>\n

After 24 June no new points will be earned. However, any points you have already earned and any digital gift cards you have will remain available until the app closes.<\/p>\n

We highly recommend checking your points and digital gift cards in the app and using them well before 31 July 2026.<\/p>\n

Why is the app closing?<\/h3>\n

We are closing the current app because it no longer meets the standards of reliability and customer experience we want to offer. The app has faced technical challenges, and it has not been possible to integrate it reliably with our new cash register system.<\/p>\n

What happens to my points?<\/h3>\n

You can use your earned points until 31 July 2026. After that date, the app will close and points can no longer be used or redeemed.<\/p>\n

What happens to digital gift cards?<\/h3>\n

Digital gift cards should primarily be used through the app by 31 July 2026.<\/p>\n

If you are unable to use your digital gift card before the app closes, you can exchange an unused digital gift card for a physical gift card after the closure. Please note that these exchanges cannot be processed at our caf\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

To request an exchange, please contact Arnolds customer service at arnolds.markkinointi@arnolds.fi<\/a>. Requests must be submitted by 31 August 2026, and the physical gift card will be sent to you by post.<\/p>\n

Why is the Arnolds customer app closing?<\/h3>\n

The current app no longer meets the level of reliability and customer experience we want to offer. It has faced technical challenges, and it has not been possible to connect it to our new cash register system reliably enough. <\/p>\n

For this reason, we are closing the app in a controlled manner.<\/p>\n

When will the app close?<\/h3>\n

The Arnolds customer app will close permanently on 31 July 2026.<\/p>\n

Will Arnolds launch a new app?<\/h3>\n

At this stage, we are focusing on communicating the closure of the current app and handling the related practical matters. We will share information about any future customer loyalty solutions separately when there is more to tell.<\/p>\n

Will I still earn points?<\/h3>\n

No new points will be earned after 24 June. However, any points you have already earned will remain available for use until the app closes on 31 July 2026.<\/p>\n

Why will I no longer earn points?<\/h3>\n

Because the reliability of the point system in the current app can no longer be sufficiently ensured. <\/p>\n

Your existing points can be used normally until 31 July 2026.<\/p>\n

How long can I use the points I have already earned?<\/h3>\n

You can use your points until 31 July 2026. <\/p>\n

After that, the app will close and any remaining points will expire.<\/p>\n

No. Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for physical gift cards at our caf\u00e9s. All exchanges are handled exclusively by customer service.<\/p>\n

How long do I have to request a physical gift card exchange?<\/h3>\n

All requests to exchange an unused digital gift card for a physical one must be made by 31 August 2026.<\/p>\n

To process your request efficiently, please provide the email address registered to your app account, the place of purchase, and the date\/time of the purchase.<\/p>\n

Will missing points be compensated?<\/h3>\n

If our investigation shows that points were not registered correctly due to a system error, the matter will be reviewed and resolved case by case.<\/p>\n

What should I do if I do not have a receipt for my purchase?<\/h3>\n

Please contact customer service. We will do our best to investigate the matter using the information available. <\/p>\n

To help us track the purchase, please provide your app account’s email address, the caf\u00e9 location, and the approximate time of purchase.<\/p>\n

What happens to my personal data after the app closes?<\/h3>\n

Personal data related to the app is processed in strict accordance with data protection legislation and the Arnolds privacy policy. <\/p>\n

After the closure, data will only be retained for as long as necessary to handle remaining point, benefit, or gift card inquiries. <\/p>\n

Once the applicable retention periods end, all data will be securely deleted.<\/p>\n
